FEEDERS (AE)
Automatización de Prensas, S.L. manufactures electronic roll feeders for metal strip coils with widths from 110-1700 mm for maximum cross section of 3000 mm² , covering a wide range of solutions for sensitive materials and thicknesses under 1.0 mm and also for metal stips till 10 mm and including high yield steel stips.
Always offering many possibilities for the position control of standard feeders for single-step processes and also other options for special applications that requires multiple steps and the control of retractable tools or other accessories.
DECOILERS (D)
Vertical decoilers for coil can be up to 15,000 kg and 1,500 mm of bandwidth over expandable mandrel.
Decoilers can be supplied with or without motor , with mechanical or hydraulic expansion, single or double mandrel, optional hold-down arm system, with or without motorized wheel drive controller, the possibility of coil car and other optional accessories and speeds.
PALLET DECOILERS (DHP)
The horizontal palette decoilers made by LARA are the ideal solution for unwinding coils of delicate and light materials of strip thicknesses up to 2 mm and widths up to 230 mm.
This machines allow complete unwinding of multiple coils stacked on one pallet improving the downtimes by minimal disruption of production.
There are some sizes for total weight capacity from 1,000 kg to 5,000 kg and coils up to 1.800 mm of diameter.
STRAIGHTENER (EM)
The roll straighteners cover a range of bandwidths from 200 to 1700 mm and thickness from 0.1 to 12 mm with a maximum cross-section of 4,500 mm² and adaptable according to the material to be processed: steel, stainless steel, high yield steel, magnetic steel, aluminium, etc ….
LARA manufactures straightening units as well as combined units for straightening and feeding simultaneously including special engine and electronic control for the positioning of the strip directly to a press or to other machines.
STRAIGHTENER-FEEDER (EMAE)
The straighteners-feeders are a combined unit which cover a range of bandwidths from 200 to 1700 mm, thickness from 0.1 to 12 mm with a maximum cross-section of 4,500 mm² and adaptable according to the material to be processed: steel, stainless steel, high strength steel, electrical steel, aluminium, etc ….
Space saving system designed to straighten and feed in one unit.
COMPLETE LINES (DEMAE)
These complete lines branch out in 2:
– The “long” traditional configuration: Decoiler, straightener and CNC feeder.
– The “compact or short” configuration with just 2 machines: Decoiler and straightener-feeder.

Coils from 1,000 kg to 15,000 kg are designed to optimize floor space and are manufactured for widths from 200 to 1700 mm and thicknesses up to 12 mm.
SLITTING LINES
Its use is intended for cutting light materials frequently used in the manufacture of air conditioning ducts, pipes and accessories for rainwater installations, covers, boilers, cutting formats for second operations, etc.
Options: motorized decoiler, motorized holding arm system, coil loading cart, table for the introduction of the first loop, scrap gatherer, coil gathering decoiler, material tensioner for compact coil winding… etc.
